个人简介

主要从事果蔬贮运绿色保鲜技术研发以及果蔬采后成熟衰老/品质劣变相关的生理、分子机制研究。近5年,主持国家自然科学基金1项,参与国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目各1项;主持WilliamHill中文官方网站科研启动项目及教改项目各1项。累计发表SCI、EI收录论文24篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)在Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、LWT等SCI期刊发表论文13篇;以第一发明人授权专利1项。
